CONNECTFIRST / MEMBER CONTEXT
A guide for former connectFirst members
Find the right official update, organise your questions and distinguish an automatic banking conversion from switching providers.

Start with the source for your account
Servus maintains a dedicated update page for accounts originally with connectFirst. It organises information by everyday banking, digital access, payments, cards and borrowing. Choose the topic that matches your question rather than assuming one instruction applies to every product.
When checked on October 3, 2026, Servus’s page scheduled conversion for October 2–4, 2026 and warned of temporary service interruptions. Check the official page for the latest status; this guide does not monitor availability.
Conversion and switching are different
The official member page describes the system conversion as automatic. This is different from voluntarily opening an account with another institution. Do not use a general switching checklist as a substitute for the provider’s conversion instructions.
For the historical context, read what happened to connectFirst. For a voluntary change of institution, use our switching checklist.
Build a personal question list
Keep this list in your own records. There is no need to share account details with this publication.
| Topic | What to confirm |
|---|---|
| Access | Which official instructions apply to your first sign-in and your mobile app? |
| Statements | Where will you find earlier statements and documents you need to retain? |
| Payments | Are there instructions for your scheduled payments, payroll or transfers? |
| Cards | Which card should you use and from what date? |
| Products | Which account name, fee schedule and product documents now apply? |
These are questions to organise your review, not a claim that each item changes.
If a document or payment looks unfamiliar
Write down the document date, the product name and the specific difference you noticed. Ask the provider to explain the applicable terms in writing. An account-specific question needs the provider’s records; an independent article cannot resolve it.
For help, use Servus’s official contact page. Reach it directly through the provider’s website, especially if a message asks you to act urgently or provide a code.
